Dr. Foster earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla. She graduated from Ohio University with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1995, and pre-doctoral Residency in Pediatric Psychology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She spent most of her career in rural SE Ohio, in private practice, community mental health and a federally qualified health center. In addition to direct care, she developed programs, presented trainings, was a consultant, and an instructor. Since relocation to SW Ohio, Dr. Foster spent seven years treating offenders in a maximum security prison prior to joining Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton. While working at the prison, she earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 2017. She enjoys Church, hiking, hanging out with family, and swimming in the ocean.
