Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton nationally recognized for its commitment to improve cardiovascular health
Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton is recognized by the Health Resources and Services Administration as a Health Center Quality Leader for achieving overall clinical performance among all health centers. The Silver Health Center Quality Leader Award means that Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton is among the top 11-20% of health centers in the U.S. based on clinical quality measures.
In addition the Silver Health Center Quality Leader Award, Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton was awarded the Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality, COVID-19 Data Reporter and Patient Centered Medical Home awards.
“We are excited about this recognition, which highlights our continued efforts to provide high quality health care in the region. I am extremely proud of the entire CHCGD Family for their hard work and dedication to providing compassionate care on a daily basis. CHCGD is an open door for those who need primary care, dental, or behavioral health services regardless of income,” said Gregory Hopkins, Executive Director Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton.

Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton is recognized as a Health Center Quality Leader for achieving overall clinical performance among all health centers. This award means that Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton is among the top 21-30% of 1,318 health centers in the U.S. based on clinical quality measures in 2019.
Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton received this award from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The organization provides Quality Improvement Awards to promote optimization of overall quality, efficiency, and value of health care services. These awards recognize the highest performing health centers nationwide as well as those health centers that have made significant quality improvement gains from the previous year.
