Benefits Summary

Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO is available for employees to have time off for vacations, relaxation, incidental illnesses and personal business. PTO is provided for full and part time employees who work 25 hour per week or more.

Paid Holidays
Eight (8) paid holidays per year.

401(k) Plan
Company-matching 401(k) plan is available to employees after their first year of service.

Medical Benefits
Two medical plan options are available through Med Mutual of Ohio, including a PPO and a high deductible health plan with and Health Savings Account.

Dental Benefits
Dental Care Plus features a large network of dentists and specialists, and the plan includes orthodontia benefits for children under 19.

Vision Benefits
Superior Vision features a large network of providers for exams, glasses and contact lenses.

Basic life insurance is available for employees of one times annual salary at no cost. Voluntary additional and dependant life insurance coverage is available.
