Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD) is excited to announce that we have become a partner agency with Hannah’s Treasure Chest. Hannah’s Treasure Chest is a clearinghouse for families in need, providing items for children from ages 0-14 including clothing, coats, gloves, shoes, boots, toys, bedding, diapers, car seats, strollers, books, movies, games, and much more at no cost to our patients. They also have cribs and beds available for a small cost, along with maternity clothes and breast pumps. If you are or know of a family who could benefit from the Hannah’s Treasure Chest program, please talk to your CHCGD care team member about a referral.
