Charles Drew Health Center

I am a Dayton native and a nurse practitioner with more than 21 years of experience in nursing. I graduated from Colonel White High School in 1996 and began my healthcare career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2005. I became a Registered Nurse in 2009 after graduating from Fortis College. I later earned my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from Chamberlain University and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018.

My clinical focus is Family Medicine with additional concentration in addiction care. Throughout my career, I have worked in a wide range of healthcare settings, including long-term care, pain management, urgent care, hospital-based and office-based practices, and addiction treatment. I have also owned and operated my own practice, which strengthened my clinical judgment, leadership abilities, and commitment to patient advocacy.

I am excited about this new opportunity with the company and look forward to continuing to learn, educate, and provide high-quality care. After more than two decades in nursing, my passion for the profession remains strong, and I look forward to serving patients for many years to come.
